1984 Broward 80' Raised Pilothouse Cockpit Motor Yacht was built by Broward Marine, Inc. at their Saugatuck, MI shipyard.  Sweet Freedom was vessel number 221 - the owner has original blueprints, drawings and revisions as it was being constructed.  The aft deck was enclosed around 1998 to provide an abundant living area.  Her luxurious exterior and engineering package are the work of the Broward team.  She has a rich history reported in the original ship logs, which are onboard, and boasts of travels abroad and throughout Europe.Seller states her Twin Detroit Diesels are capable of a top speed of 14 knots, with a comfortable cruising speed of 11 knots. With her 4500 gallon fuel tanks, she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at 13.5 knots.  Her water tanks store 1000 gallons of freshwater. A single 100 Amp shore power cord provides dockside power, and there are two 32kW Kilopac generators one of which can power the entire boat away from home. Reverse cycle heat and air is supplied by a chiller system through 7-air handlers to control temps in respective zones.  Chilled water is supplied through two 48,000 BTU chillers.  Controls are all electronic display.FOUR staterooms (two staterooms and a head forward; two master suites aft - both with full private heads) provide plenty of sleeping accommodation for overnight guests.The owner of Sweet Freedom has done an excellent job updating electronics to utilize the latest technology and keeping systems current.  Two Garmin 7212 touch screens in the pilothouse and a Garmin 5212 touch screen on the flybridge are supported by Garmin GPS & Garmin Radar, with a Garmin sounder for depth readings.  The Garmin 7212s connect to the Fusion Stereo system permitting operation from the Garmin units. A Chetco digital gauge system allows you to see your engine gauge readouts on your Garmin screens as well.  All electronics are connected via a NEMA 2000 network, including the two marine radios both of which have AIS.  A Garmin autopilot, which allows operation from the pilothouse or flybridge rounds out the Garmin suite of electronics.  There are also 8 exterior cameras all of which are displayed in the pilothouse.Sweet Freedom is also equipped with Naiad Roll Stabilizers, engine synchronizers and a fuel polishing system.  Comfort features include satellite TV - Direct TV M5, WiFi repeater for access through out the vessel and WiFi capable TVs.  Digital displays allow monitoring of voltage for house and engine batteries, and a WiFi temperature and wind gauge. There is LED lighting throughout the majority of the vessel.Â
