Raised in Bristol, RI on Narragansett Bay, Scooter began boating and sailing at a very young age, his love for the water growing into a way of life.

Scooters’ professional experience extends from various components; he’s worked for Everett Pearson, both managing and selling racing boats! While living in Annapolis, MD he was a partner in a Manufacturers’ Rep Company responsible for running the East Coast territory, selling to clients, dealing with marine distributors and boat dealers, and planning the presentations at boat and distributor shows. Before moving to Florida, Scooter was also the yard manager for a boatyard.

Scooter joined the UYS team in August 2020 and now resides in Vero Beach, FL where his UYS office is also located.

Having spent most of his life on the water developing extensive sailing experience, and racing all over the world paired with his professional resume Scooter has acquired vast knowledge and is an excellent ambassador of the industry.
