Since the age of 22, Ryan Perlberg has been successfully buying and selling boats and real estate. Honored as a "40 under 40" winner by the Baltimore Business Journal in 2014, Ryan is also known for actively acquiring value-add marinas. Specializing in premium, one-of-a-kind houseboats, his clientele spans from Middle River to St. Michaels, MD, and beyond. Living in Baltimore with his fiancée and their pups, Ryan enjoys boating on weekends and is dedicated to providing his customers with a memorable experience.
