Ryan grew up on a horse farm in Northwestern Connecticut, from there is where he learned the principles of hard work, commitment, and honesty. Those values being what set the table for his graduation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and his service to the US Coast Guard he was instantly drawn to the inherent adventure of yachting. ‘Started from the bottom’ as a day worker Ryan worked his way up to be a U.S Coast Guard licensed engineer.

And now as a licensed Captain with his own “boat-ique” yacht management company Ryan spends his time catering to discerning owners of the Palm Beaches (and beyond).
