With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a professional yacht captain and engineer throughout South Florida, the Bahamas, and beyond, James brings a deep understanding of both vessel operation and the lifestyle that surrounds yachting.

His career has spanned a broad range of vessels—from sportfishing boats to luxury motor yachts up to 130 feet—including serving as Captain aboard the Westport M/Y Elysian. His extensive seagoing experience is matched by a robust technical background, including yacht refits, engine and electronics maintenance, and daily operations for both private owners and charter guests.

James’ comprehensive knowledge of vessel systems, owner and guest service, and the realities of life on the water make him uniquely qualified to guide clients through the yacht buying and selling process. Whether you’re seeking the right vessel for adventure, leisure, or business, James’ insight, integrity, and lifelong passion for the sea ensure that every transaction is handled with care, clarity, and confidence.

He holds a USCG 200 GRT Master Near Coastal License, Proficiency in Security Awareness, STCW certification, and is a certified PADI Open Water Diver. When not working, James enjoys fishing, diving, snorkeling, and capturing the beauty of the underwater world through photography.
