Ben was raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands where he developed a passion for the ocean and boating at an early age. Coming from a family of sailors, he was set on a course that made him a natural fit for the marine industry.

After 10 years of owning and operating a successful marine repair business in Fort Lauderdale, he joined the megayacht industry as a full time Captain.

He went on to earn his 3000GT Masters License, and spent over 15 years in command of numerous high-profile yachts, providing 5-star service to discerning yacht Owners and charter clients.

His vast cruising experience has taken him from the far reaches of the South Pacific, Caribbean and Mediterranean including 13 trans-Atlantic Crossings and 5 Panama Canal transits.

As a Captain, Ben was actively involved in yacht sale transactions, refits and new build projects, which created a smooth transition into becoming a highly knowledgeable and well-connected broker. He emphasizes pairing the right boat with the right person while building lasting relationships with his clients.

Ben resides in Jupiter, Florida, where he spends his free time on the water with his children or exploring the FL coastline in a Cessna airplane.
