After 30 successful years' operating the marina Allen moved on to attend the Chapmans School in Stuart Florida for marine surveying. He worked as an independent SAMS accredited marine surveyor for over ten years. During this time Allen also sold boats for Babylon Boat and Yacht Sales on Long Island. Then Allen moved to Florida, he got licensed and joined Frank Gordon Yacht Sales, a well-known successful yacht brokerage firm in South Florida. Allen has always enjoyed helping his clients buy and sell their watercraft.
