History of Sunreef Yachts
Located in Gdansk, Poland, Sunreef Yachts first began through Francis Lapp who had a passion for sailing racing catamarans. After his first purchase of a large sailing catamaran for cruising, Lapp bought several more boats to open up a luxury charter business on the Indian Ocean. After successfully launching this business and helping clients custom build their own yachts, Lapp decided to create his own luxury multihull yacht that would come to be known as Sunreef.
Today, Sunreef is one of the most popular luxury catamarans in the world. Building both sailing cats and power cats, Sunreef opens themselves to a wide variety of potential cruising applications. Only the finest materials, construction techniques, fit-and-finish, and equipment is used in the build process.
