Ray Rosher

Ray is a third generation Miamian who began his career as a fishing guide in 1979. He owns a two charter boat operation out of Coconut Grove, both named Miss Britt. 

Ray is the president of R&R Tackle.

Ray has shared his love of the outdoors with many, including his three children.  Family has always been first for Ray and Fishing follows up as a close second… 

His experience on the water will be an asset in the boat selection and buying process.
